There are a lot of questions that parents have for their child's dentist. Here's a few of the most common ones. If you have a question that's not entered here, feel free to contact us!

What's the best way to get my child to brush their teeth?
For a young child, many times it is easiest to have the child laying down, or have the child positioned in front of the caregiver, who brushes the child from behind the child.
How many times a day should my child brush his/her teeth?
We recommend that the child brush at least two times per day
Do you accept referrals?
Yes, we are honored to accept referrals from both other health care providers and from existing patients.
Do you accept my insurance plan?
Yes, we accept most insurance plans, including Hoosier Health Wise/ Medicaid. We are also Delta Dental Premier providers.
What different payment options do you provide?
We have a variety of payment options to offer, including Care Credit.
Will I be charged if I need to cancel my appointment?
No, you will not be charged. We understand that sometimes things happen to cause you to change an appointment. We do appreciate as much advanced notice as possible if you are needing to change an appointment.
What are the office hours?
We are open each day, Monday thru Thursday, from 8:00 - 11:30 AM and from 1:00 - 4:30 PM.
What do I do if I have an emergency while the office is closed?
Dr. Lemna is available after hours in the case of a true dental emergency. Please call 765-281-2800 and ask the operator to page Dr. Lemna. He will return your call as soon as possible.
What do you do if a patient needs to have their teeth filled and they are very nervous?
Dr. Lemna is trained in a variety of methods to relieve your child's nervousness, including nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and light conscious sedation.
